From mid-winter into early spring, it produces elegant, rose-pink blooms that bring welcome colour to the garden when little else is flowering. These double blooms are generous in size and speckled with shades of darker pink for an eye-catching effect.

Caring for this Camellia shrub is simple. Plant it in well-drained soil or use ericaceous compost if growing in containers. Choose a spot with partial shade, sheltered from harsh morning sun and frost, to protect the buds and flowers.
