Laotian Washed Cascara: coffee or tea?
Coffee beans come from coffee cherries, and Cascara is the peel removed from the fruit leaving behind coffee beans to be processed. For tea drinkers, Cascara can be likened to Fruit Tisane. As a concentrate, enjoy the sweetness of raisins and add it to your coffee as a syrup, or brew it as a tea with mellow notes.
