Step right up, we’re throwing the Filthy Fair: part rent party, part studio sale, and full of good times.
It’s no secret that the times are tight, and we could use a little help keeping the lights on. So come through and kick it with your kind of crowd—play some cheeky carnival games, try your luck at the spanking booth, and scoop up deals on gear, goodies, and services.

This event is mostly outdoor, KN-95 masks will be required indoors.

Health & Safety Guidelines (Updated Regularly)
- COVID-19: Rapid testing before attending is recommended.
- Symptom-Free Policy: Do not attend if experiencing respiratory symptoms like coughing, sneezing, or sore throat.

Masking:
- This is a mostly outdoor party. KN-95 or better masks are required indoors.
Accessibility
- Airflow: HEPA filters, fans, and (during mask-required events) an open garage door ensure ventilation.
- Building Access: The main entrance has one small step; a step-free alternative is available through the garage door in the front.
- Backyard: There is a step down to the backyard. A ramp is available upon request. The gravel landscaping may be difficult for wheelchairs or heels.
- Restrooms: The bathroom is small. It has grab bars but is not fully ADA-compliant.
