It features a patented "flat pring" design that is specifically engineered to provide less variation in operating range tension. Thus, providing decreased risk of premature accessory bearing failure due to high tension on installation of a new belt. The risk of belt squeal and slippage or poor accessory performance caused by low tension is also reduced after the belt begins to stretch and wear.
This Automatic belt tensioner suits a range of HSV vehicles fitted with the LS V8 engines.
Features:
- Teflon® strip wound within the spring resists abrasion.
- The flat spring is coated to resist rust.
- A heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case resists cracking and fatigue.
- The heavy-duty cast aluminum arm offers additional strength and less distortion.
- Aluminum retainer ring locks the spring case and arm together, and seals against corrosion.
- A thermoplastic rubber "spring slot plug" keeps out harmful contaminants.
- The lubricated nylon "pivot tube bushing" and "spring bushing" promote quieter performance.
- A rubber "O" ring seals against dust and grime.
- The zinc coated mounting bolt resists rust, and is concentric for a more even degree of constant tension.
- These tensioners come with either a glass-filled polymer (plastic) or steel pulley, that features a dust cover to protect against contaminants.

Great feel, great fit, great value! Not great if you need shoes that breathe well...

What did I notice about these shoes as a Cole Haan junkie? I was looking for some "cheapies" that were somewhat close to Haan's comfort. Tried several and these are by far the closest thing! So comfortable! These shoes fit according to size- and it was sad when I had to take out the insoles that came with these for my arch support ones- the insoles that came with the Bruno's are amazing. They are stylish and seem well built but I've only been wearing them for a couple of weeks. They get 4 stars because of a few things but overall a GREAT value for money! "Downsides" include fact that they breathe as well as we do underwater- not well at all! If you struggle with foot sweat- I'd look elsewhere. Also- the soles are super comfy but I get rocks, debris, and other things stuck in the deep grooves almost every time I walk off sidewalk. Just something to be ready to pick out regularly. Overall though- strong recommendation! Hopefully they don't rip out on me in a month! Will update if they do! :)

Comfortable, Easy to Clean, and Held Up at Coachella

I’m really happy with this purchase. The shoes are very comfortable, and the product description is accurate. I followed the sizing recommendation based on my foot type and went one size up—they fit perfectly.
I bought these for Coachella, and they definitely held up. I was on my feet all day, and they stayed comfortable the entire time. What impressed me most is how easy they were to keep clean. At the end of each day, I was able to wipe them down and maintain their whiteness without much effort.
Once I got home, I gave them a deeper clean, and they honestly looked as good as new. Even the laces cleaned up easily.
Now I’ve transitioned them into my regular work shoes, and they still look great. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.
