With Enerdrive breaking into the 4WD canopy market in recent years, we have been consistently asked by manufactures and end users to come up with a compact power solution to operate all of the electrical equipment that is ending up in the back of these canopies. From a simple system to operate a fridge and a couple of lights to a full on power station, these are the type of systems we have been asked for.

After many brainstorming sessions and 3D modelling designs, Enerdrive have produced 3 models to cover just about any customer request for power in their canopies.

The Traveller:

This system is designed for the end user requiring a higher level of power requirements along with AC charging ability. Available in 3 different versions;

1. K-TRAVELLER-01 inc ePRO PLUS Battery Monitor
2. K-TRAVELLER-02 inc Simarine Battery Monitoring
3. K-TRAVELLER-03 inc Simarine & Individual Load Monitoring

The Traveller 01 for example consists of the following items

• Enerdrive ePOWER DC2DC40+ Vehicle/Solar Charger
• Enerdrive ePOWER 40A AC charger
• 1 x ePRO Plus Battery Monitor (K-TRAVELLER-01)
• 4x Pre-wired Circuit Breakers for main power equipment
• 4 x Contura switches for Lights & Auxiliary loads
• Pre-wired 35mm2 Main Battery Cable Connection with Main DC Fuse
• 1 x Fridge 50A Anderson Plug connection
• 1 x 12v CIG & 1 x Dual 2.4A USB sockets come standard. You can choose a mixture of Twin USB 2.4A Hi Amp sockets to charge your mobile devices or mix it up with 2 x 12v Output Socket. The choice is yours at time of order.
• Battery Reset button for kick starting your flat battery from the DC2DC Charger
• Simarine LCD Battery WIFI Monitoring System with option to incorporate individual load/charge information. (K-TRAVELLER-02 & 03)
• Optional Water/Fuel Tank module also available. (K-TRAVELLER-02 & 03)

All Traveller systems are pre-wired by Enerdrive so the only cabling required at installation time is load outputs, battery connection & vehicle/solar/tank inputs

All systems are built into a unique compact box arrangement and designed to mount for example on either the front or rear bulkhead of a vehicle canopy. The systems are available in either Left (Passenger side) or Right (Drivers side) or Roof Mount installation. Any brand of battery is suitable from Wet Sealed, AGM, Gel and Lithium.

If you are interested in having custom engraving for switch/circuit breakers to your specific requirements, this option is available at an additional cost.

Please be aware that the Enerdrive Flat Battery restart button is only to be used when start system input is 12v only. This button is not suitable for use in 24v starting systems. If you do require restart facilities for a 24v start system please speak to the Enerdrive team. We can modify these systems to be suitable for 24v start systems at an additional cost.

Enerdrive B-TEC LiFeP04 12v 125Ah G2 Lithium Battery

Available in 12v 100Ah, 125Ah, 200Ah and 300Ah capacities and 24v 100Ah & 36v 100Ah, the ePOWER B-TEC lithium battery is designed and intended for use in deep cycle applications where a single battery is required that meets the amp hour capacity.

Smart Phone Monitoring System

The Enerdrive Enerdrive B-TEC  G2 battery incorporates wireless Battery Monitoring Technology. By downloading the Android™ or Apple® app to your smartphone or tablet device, you can monitor the following information;

• Battery State of Health (SOH)
• Battery Status
• Individual Cell Voltage
• Battery Temperature
• Battery Cycles

Battery Management System

The battery is also equipped with an internal Battery Management System that can monitor and optimise each Prismatic cell within the battery during normal operation. It will protect the battery pack from over charge, over discharge, over temperature & short circuit. The BMS helps to ensure safe and accurate operation of the battery.

Size & Weight Savings

Lithium v AGM Capacities;

• 100Ah Lithium = 160Ah AGM
• 125Ah Lithium = 200Ah AGM
• 200Ah Lithium = 320Ah AGM
• 300Ah Lithium = 480Ah AGM

(Based on standard depth of discharge for both Lithium (80%) and AGM (50%).

The Enerdrive B-TEC battery provides 60% more usable power than its equivalent lead acid cousin and being nearly 50% lighter and 30% smaller makes for a superior alternative.

The G2 now incorporates a “Built-In Reset Button” making re-starting a flat battery a breeze. No longer do you need to apply a voltage to the battery terminals to wake up the battery. Press the button and within seconds, the battery will come back to life ready to accept a charge source to rejuvenate the battery.

The Enerdrive B-TEC battery is perfect for camper trailers, 4WD’s (AUX battery), caravans, small water craft, low power communication sites or any other application that requires the use of a single deep cycle battery that meets the amp hour capacity.

Please Note; The B-TEC battery is capable to be paralleled to a second B-TEC battery of the same size. For maximum performance and lifespan of your B-TEC battery, no more than 4 batteries should be connected together to increase your overall capacity. Overall loads when paralleled should not exceed the current limits of a single batteries BMS.

The 125Ah G2 battery is able to accept a maximum inverter capacity of 1000W only. Exceeding the maximum inverter capacity can damage the BMS Management within the battery.

If you are requiring a battery system larger than Enerdrive B-TEC battery, please look at the Enerdrive Pro Series Power Pack Systems which can offer multiple parallel and series connections with Active Cell Balancing Protection across the entire pack.

Please note B-TEC batteries must not be installed –
• In vehicle engine bays or in high heat environments, refer to Section 10 – Battery Specifications of the manual.
• In wet areas such as caravan chassis mounts, open ute trays or boat deck areas.
• Inside compartments dedicated to carrying gas.

This product is not suitable to mount anywhere with a possibility of being exposed to the elements. It is an electronic product designed for internal use ONLY.
