CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN

• Uses dual ARM Dry Filters (not oiled, to protect MAF sensors)

• Each filter offers 68 cu. in. of surface area (total 136 cu. in.)

• Intake runner pipes: precision‑crafted from T6061 aluminum, sized at 70 mm—a 55 % increase over stock (45 mm)

• Strong 6‑layer reinforced silicone couplers resist collapse or deformation

• Multiple coupler options let you build the perfect kit for OEM, RS, or ARM upgraded inlets

BUILDING YOUR ARM 4.0T INTAKE

Choose exactly what fits your build:

• OEM Inlet Couplers – For S6/S7 using factory inlets (70 mm → 55 mm)
  
• RS Inlet Couplers – For S6/S7 upgraded to OEM RS inlets, or RS7 with OEM inlets (70 mm → 66 mm)
  
• ARM Inlets – For those adding ARM billet inlets (ideal for Stage 2+)

Optionally, add:

ARM Aluminum Heat Shield –  If you want to maximize the performance of your ARM 4.0T Intake, you will want to opt for the additional Heat Shield which separates the cold air feeding the intake filters, from the hot air generated by the engine.  This will result in cooler intake air temperatures.  The ARM 4.0T Heat Shield makes a tight seal to the hood, maximizing the amount of cold air being ingested by the ARM 4.0T Intake system.
