Application & Coverage

Mixing Instructions:
Mix equal parts of Liquid Base Coat and Type I/II Portland Cement by weight using a rust-free paddle mixer. Let sit 5 minutes before remixing. Add up to 8 oz. of water if needed.

Application Methods

• Apply using a stainless steel trowel

• As adhesive: Ribbon-patterned trowel method for insulation boards

• As base coat: Embed reinforcing mesh; minimum dry thickness 1/16" (1.6 mm)

• As skim coat: Max 1/16" layer over prepared substrates

Always apply to clean, dry, frost-free surfaces. Follow proper substrate prep and mesh embedment techniques.

Dry Time & Curing

• Dries in approx. 24 hours at 70°F / 50% RH

• Allow longer curing in cold/humid conditions

• Protect from rain, freezing, or direct sun during curing

• Not suitable for horizontal or submerged surfaces
