The Prusa Core One external enclosure is an enclosure designed to match the high end buildout of the Bambu printer it encloses. Specifically tailor fit for the best function and performance this enclosure has the features that were most requested by the Prusa user base. The large size allows ample room the the printer and MMU, the frame-less door design offers unimpeded access on the front and top of the printer, and the side door offers access to the back of the printer.

Our enclosures include the panels, hardware, and printable parts that you need for assembly. We have set up an option set to include a range of accessories and printed parts kit as well. An enclosure with 1/4" panels, a hepa/charcoal exhaust filter, and the heavy duty metal hardware kit are our recommendation for a great setup.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The largest reason that this enclosure was requested by the Prusa userbase is that the Stock filter for the Core One is insufficient to keep fumes and particulate isolated to the printer. Also, printers are not always used in a climate controlled area such as a garage largely because there is concern for the health and safety of the people around the printer such as kids. Our enclosure offers an easier to control printing environment and it isolates the fumes and particulate that are a byproduct of 3D printer. With Clearview's line of filters and exhaust fans you can keep your workspace cleaner and healthier to ensure those around you feel safe as well.

• 1/8" or 1/4" Commercial Grade Panels - We offer a more economic option of 1/8" thick panels. This option is offers a great overall function that looks great. The 1/4" panels are thicker and more robust for a professional feel and finish.
  
• Large Size - 22" Wide x 23.5" Deep x 24" or 31.5" Tall
• Compatible with AMS- The MMU will fit inside the enclosure in the 31.5" version atop of the printer as usual or on top of the enclosure itself with both height versions. Ports on the side and back offer easy routing of your Bowden tube and connection wires. You will need the extended AMS cable and extended bowden tube to run outside the enclosure.
• Filters and fans - Keep your workspace cleaner and healthier. Our Exhaust filter and fan setup also doubles as an exhaust fan so that you can setup your enclosure to exhaust fumes outside.
  
• Frame-less door Design offers a front door and top door with no frame between. This much more access for easy maintenance and all around access to the printer.

More About the Clearview Infinity Enclosure

Our main objective was to give your printer an unobstructed view from any angle. At the same time, our enclosures offer easy access with a magnetically latched front door and a cable port to route all your connections. Last, the side access door is perfectly placed to access the USB port and power switches.

We also have adapted options for our Carbon Air Scrubbing filter and vibration dampening feet. Both do as they suggest. The Carbon Air Scrubbing Filter uses a silent fan to pass air through a carbon filter to reduce fumes created from the 3D printing process. Especially if you are printing ABS, you will want to include the filter option. Our Vibration Dampening Feet use a multi material lamination that dissipates vibrations at 5 different levels. If you are printing in an area where printing noise needs to be reduced, this is an essential addition to your 3D printing setup.

We offer  a black or Prusa Orange color option for the brackets and fittings for your printer. With your purchase, we also offer STL access to these files so that you can print these fittings in the colors you want. While 3d Printing is a fun, productive activity, do note there are nuisance factors.
-It can be loud if you are printing at home.
-Drafts of air or changes in temperature can lead to warping, print issues, and poor adhesion to the print surface.
-You are working with molten plastics that are known to release VOCs into the air that contain chemicals that are unhealth especially for kids.

FAQ

What is your return Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels that still have the masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask layer has been removed, we cannot offer a refund. For best results in ensuring fitment and to ensure you like the setup of our enclosures consider at least partially assembling with the mask on. If you find out it isn't for you, this allows to get the return for a full refund.

There are some differences between your product pictures. 

We update these often and as a small business it isn't realistic to do a fresh photoshoot for every iteration. In general function is always constant or better as we improve things. For the clearest indication of our current version, please rely on the renderings rather than the photos.
