A cold and windy spring, resulting in lower than average crops, however followed by a warm summer with cool nights. Pristine and typical.

These grapes were 90% destemmed and 10% whole bunch pressed in stainless steel tanks, French oak cuves and French oak barriques. The wine aged for 4 months in French oak before being fined and filtered.
