Dave selected and blended 26 different casks from our whiskey library for Lot 22. This Lot incorporates used Kentucky bourbon barrels, used Tennessee whiskey barrels, as well as both American and French oak via apple brandy, port, and California Sauternes-style casks.

The youngest barrel is about four-and-a-half years, while the oldest single cask is about eightand-a-half years old. Lot 22 also includes cask blends with whiskey dating back 23 years.

St. George Single Malt Whiskey is an elegant expression of single malt. You’ll find espresso, cherry cobbler, brown butter, coconut, coriander and walnut fudge on the nose of Lot 22.  On the palate: roasted hazelnut, honeydew, baklava, mocha, and ginger bread. Sip neat to fully experience all the nuances and depth of flavor, or add nothing more than a single large ice cube. This is as good as whiskey gets. (Info from St. George Spirits)
