Recommended Dose: Children (3-12 years old) blend, shake, or briskly stir 1 scoop (32 g) of MetaKids Nutrition Powder into 237-296 mL (8-10 fl. oz.) of water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
