The inner layer stays dry, while the outer layer acts as a micro reservoir for sweat, and the moisture is literally vaporised.
The seat cover is equipped with an elastic strap with hook and loop fastener which runs longitudinally along the lower part of the saddle and hooks onto the panles, without changing the normal saddle supports.

Instructions aren’t very clear. Takes a bit to figure out. Pretty cheap quality, but seems to be sturdy. The metal basket part of ours came rather bent and had to do some bending to get it to fit right. Decent size could be little thicker. They look good though once up.
