Instructions

Directions for Use

Take with 8 ounces of water on an empty stomach, at least one hour prior to eating and/or two hours after a meal.

Start with 1 to 2 capsules per day, and increase by 1 or 2 per day until you reach your desired daily dosage.

Maintenance: 2 to 4 capsules per day. 

Increased Support: 6 capsules per day. 

Therapeutic: 9 to 12 capsules per day.

Larger daily doses may be split into 2 or 3 divided doses.

Typically, supplementing for a minimum of one month is recommended, with best results occurring anywhere from 1 to 2 months thereafter.

Once benefits have been achieved, a maintenance dose of Syntol can be taken in lieu of your daily probiotic. Many people find that Syntol is a great addition to their daily regimen to keep their body in balance once they're healthy.

How long will this bottle last? At the therapeutic dosage of 12 capsules (best taken in divided doses) this bottle will last 30 days. 

With or Without Antibiotic Use?
Some doctors feel it is best to wait until an antibiotic regimen is over before taking a probiotic supplement, however there is no evidence that probiotic supplementation is dangerous or will somehow negatively impact the efficacy of the prescription. Other doctors encourage patients to take probiotics while on antibiotics. Contact your healthcare provider for their direction.

Refrigeration is not necessary during its normal shelf-life. The advanced spore germination technology and freeze-dried bacterial strains allow for a shelf stable product. However, it is important to store probiotics in a cool and dry place.
