**It is 1987, and in the aftermath of a great storm, Cora sets out with her nine-year-old daughter to register the birth of her son. Her husband intends for her to follow a long-standing family tradition and call the baby after him. But when faced with the decision, Cora hesitates.
Going against his wishes is a risk that will have consequences, but is it right for her child to inherit his name from generations of domineering men? The choice she makes in this moment will shape the course of their lives. Seven years later, her son is Bear, a name chosen by his sister, and one that will prove as cataclysmic as the storm from which it emerged. Or he is Julian, the name his mother set her heart on, believing it will enable him to become his own person.
Or he is Gordon, named after his father and raised in his cruel image - but is there still a chance to break the mould? Powerfully moving and full of hope, this is the story of three names, three versions of a life, and the infinite possibilities that a single decision can spark. It is the story of one family, and love's endless capacity to endure, no matter what fate has in store. Stylish laptop backpack
Color: Black239pu
Chic backpack that holds a suprising amount of stuff. I needed a nice looking backpack for my laptop (Macbook Air 13") and accessories. It's sleek looking for work conferences and the top handles allow you to hold like a purse. I know some reviewers don't like the look, but for me, I like this feature. I have the black one and it has a nice quilted leather look. The straps have good padding and I was comfortable traveling all day. Even after walking several blocks in the rain there was no damage and everything inside stayed dry. The zipper and hardware are a good quality.

Perfect lightweight computer bag!
Color: Khaki239
Awesome lightweight bag. Very cute. Seems durable and well-made at a very good price. Has a ton of well placed pockets that keep me organized. I purchased this as a replacement for a much heavier, computer bag and this absolutely does the trick. It looked a little small when I received it, but it holds everything that I need and more. I have a 15.6 inch laptop. I highly recommend.

Didn’t Hold Up Long-Term
Color: Khaki239, Color: Khaki239
I used this for roughly eight months before the zippers began to separate and fail. Up until then it held up fine, but the zipper issue ultimately made it unusable.

Stylish and functional
Color: Brown Pu 239
I love this laptop backpack for work. I get so many compliments on it. It's stylish and functional. Fits my laptop and any paperwork I need to travel. The front pocket easily holds my charger and mouse. Good quality, very little wear after using daily for over a year now!
