Signs your MacBook Air 11" A1465 battery may need replacing
The A1465 carried Intel Core i5 and i7 processors across its production run. The combination of a small cell and regular travel use is one of the faster routes to battery degradation. Users often report it running flat before the working day is done.

How to confirm your model
Go to Apple Menu > About This Mac > System Report > Hardware Overview to check your model identifier.
This repair covers: A1465, EMC 2558, 2631, 2924.
The model number is also printed on the underside of the machine near the hinge. If you are unsure, bring the MacBook in and we will confirm the model before starting any work.
This model uses a MagSafe 2 connector, which is different from the MagSafe 1 used on older Air models. If you are unsure, the MagSafe 2 is thinner and flatter than the original. The model identifier is also printed on the base of the machine.

- If the chassis is bent or the machine has been previously opened, we will advise on any complications before starting
- If there has been liquid exposure, a battery replacement may not resolve all issues. We confirm our findings before proceeding
- If the screen is lifting slightly from the chassis, book as soon as possible. This can indicate a swollen battery that needs urgent attention
- If the machine is completely dead, we carry out a diagnosis before confirming the repair
