These are precise and exciting wines. This vineyard in Westhofen is also in a south facing location. Skin contact up to 18 hours and spontaneous fermentation in 50% wooden barrels & 50% stainless steel vats. Wine is left on its lees. The Kirchspiel character is embodied by elegance and persistence freshness with a mineral structure.
