Our YFZ450 Pipe is truly one of our top performing performance pipes. We've heard over and over how shocked our customers are with the "true" horsepower gains that come from this pipe. Many squash or dent their pipe where it goes through the subframe, for ours, we sneak right through the tight fit leaving a perfect flowing pipe.

We consistently design our systems using the Reverse Megaphone technology and this is a machine that truly utilizes it. The YFZ450R is a perfect fit for a stepped reverse megaphone pipe that is designed to hold up extremely well. Quad's aren't like MX bikes where many competitors are striving to make the thinnest, lightest pipe possible. ATV riders need top notch performance but don't want to be replacing cracked pipes or re-packing after every race. Most of our competition uses .031 wall Stainless Tubing compared to our .049 wall 304SS Tubing. Titanium is cool and light but the durability in a rough ATV race is just not there.

We carefully hand tig weld a 40% thicker pipe than most which makes for an extremely durable race-proven pipe that not only performs beautifully, it holds up under the most extreme conditions found in some of the most whooped out MX Tracks on the National ATV MX scene. We built this pipe to last and with our muffler being mounted with a Solid Billet Bracket (no welded on tabs), and also packed it with the some of the best materials available, so our exhaust won't be outdone by the competition.

Just recently, with the help of our friend Jim Hardy a 20+ year ATV Racer, we got our hands on a literally brand spanking new 2018 YFZ450R. We wanted to show exactly what you're looking at if you take a bone stock YFZ450R and added our Pipe, Fuel Customs Intake, and a Fully Mapped Power Commander 5. We are very pleased with a solid 5hp peak gain over stock, and a ton more in the over-rev, giving you a ton more power before you rev-out. As you can see on the dyno chart below, gaining over 8hp at 9,500 RPMs.

Further gains on built motors are even broader in many cases. We've seen this pipe perform extremely well on Motors nearing that 60hp mark. The Fuel Customs Big 3 Package for the YFZ450R is a game-changer when it comes to performance and power production. We designed our Full Single Exhaust System with racers in mind since this machine is a proven winner at the track. After extensive research, development, and testing, we successfully built a full single exhaust that delivered greater power and improved performance compared to the stock system. Now that we've had our Full Single Exhaust for the YFZ450R in production for a few years, we've been able to play around with different fuel controllers and intakes to see if we could further unleash the machine and improve performance. 

The Fuel Customs Big 3 Package with PC6 and Fuel Customs Intake System with Barker's Full Single Exhaust was able to create even more horsepower, torque, and throttle response. We are very pleased with a solid 5hp peak gain over stock, and a ton more in the over-rev, giving you a ton more power before you rev out.
