Weapon and gear options include STG44 assault rifles, MP40s, Kar 98k rifles, Gewehr 43 rifles, MG42 LMGs, rifle grenade attachments, and panzerfausts, along with extras like stick grenades, field glasses, and an Iron Cross medal.
