IS THIS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE TIGER 900 2024 ONWARDS? Yes. This tank guard is precision-cut specifically for the 2024+ Tiger 900 frame geometry — not a universal fit. Every mounting point and dimension is engineered for this exact model year. WHAT IS IT MADE FROM? Carbon steel with a white powder-coat finish. The powder coating provides corrosion resistance against Indian humidity, rain, and road conditions while giving the guard a clean, premium appearance. WHAT DOES IT PROTECT? Protects the fuel tank surface from knee abrasion, jacket zip scratches, luggage strap contact, and daily wear that permanently damages the painted tank surface over time. HOW DOES IT MOUNT? Fits directly onto existing bolts on the Tiger 900 (2024+) frame — no drilling, no new holes, no permanent modification. All mounting hardware is included. Good quality, warm, sizing was dificult. I normally wear a size 12 shoe so I ordered an x-large but it was way too small. they shipped a size 11. Amazon was great with their free returns. I now ordered a xxx-large and they fit perfectly. x-large=11 and xxx-large=13
