Me-500 is a powerful walk-up-and-mix solution that’s Quick to set up and easy for just about anyone to learn in moments. The me-500 personal mixer intuitive hands-on controls and crisp visual display make it easy for musicians to quickly build and control their own monitor mixes. With plug ‘N’ play setup and self-sufficient musicians, me-500 is also a massive time-saver for the audio engineer. Me-500 is a stand-alone digital personal mixer receiving up to 16 mono or stereo sources from the mixer over a single Cat5 cable and mixing these to its own outputs typically feeding headphones, in-ears or local loudspeaker. Me works with Allen & Heath digital mixers. It can also work with 48kHz third partyequipment by adding the me-u hub with suitable input card fitted. Me mixers are shipped with a universal voltage mains power supply unit. Alternatively, you can power the mixer over its Cat5 input cable by using a standard pole (power over Ethernet) switch or the 10-port Allen & Heath me-u pole hub. Me-500 uses channels 1-32 depending on how many channels are linked for stereo operation at the source console. Channels are automatically assigned to the 16 keys starting with channel 1. Stereo linked pairs are assigned to a single key.
