Seymour Duncan 50th Anniversary Limited Edition JB/Jazz Hot Rodded Humbuckers - High Output Electric Guitar Pickups (Zebra)vintage-correct recreation of the original JB (bridge) and Jazz (neck) humbucker setThese pickups faithfully recreate the original vintage-correct blueprint: butyrate bobbins (crafted using our original 1970's mold and true to vintage design specifications), long-legged baseplates, single-conductor cable, maple spacers, and rough-cast Alnico V magnets. Today's standard production JB and Jazz delivers that same legendary tone but with modern components. This special 50th Anniversary set also preserves the familiar JB and Jazz voice players trust. Whether you're tracking sessions or covering blues to hard rock, this is proven tone without compromise. The JB and Jazz combination remains one of our best-selling humbucker sets because it works: rich harmonics, singing sustain, articulate clarity, and everything from warm neck cleans to aggressive bridge drive. Available exclusively during 2026, this limited production run arrives in silver packaging echoing our original artwork, with a commemorative 50th Anniversary logo on the bottom plate. You're not just upgrading your guitar; you're acquiring a rare celebration of uncompromising excellence.Handmade in Santa Barbara, California: Seymour Duncan takes pride in designing and crafting our products to create the most amazing sound possible. That starts with providing an environment that attracts and retains our great team of engineers, product designers and craftsmen, many of whom have been with the company for decades.DCR Neck: 7.5, DCR Bridge: 16.6, Magnet: Rough Cast Alnico 5, 1c Braided Cable, Long Leg Bottom Plate

Basic knowledge of underwriting is necessary to understand.
Format: Paperback
This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
