When administered orally, the effect of this Warrior Spray is instant, felt by the strong tingling sensation throughout the mouth. Those of us in the Shen Family lovingly call it “the tingle spray”. This tingling sensation is qi being increased and circulated in the mouth, which moves both up into the sinuses and upper glands, as well down as it coats the gastrointestinal tract.

From a physical perspective, Senshi helps the microbiome by balancing out bacteria, yeast, and micro-organism levels, healing the gut, and increasing your endogenous cellular resonance and innate healing mechanisms. How to use:

We recommend one spray in the mouth, followed by massaging it into your gums with your tongue. This will build up saliva and qi in the mouth. After a minute or so, you can swallow and enjoy the energy. It is nice to sit in stillness for a few minutes afterwards and notice the unique effects that Senshi provides the body.
