Grilled Jumbo Prawns with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 500g Frozen Jumbo Prawns, thawed and peeled
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Thread the thawed and peeled Jumbo Prawns onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
- Place the prawn skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque, basting them with the garlic butter sauce.
- Remove the prawn skewers from the grill and brush them with more garlic butter sauce.
- Serve the grilled Jumbo Prawns with additional lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
