Originally self-released by Newell to the tune of “If people want it, they’ll find it.”This is one of the many Cleaners from Venus formerly cassette only releases from founding member Martin Newell, who formed the legendary lo-fi band Cleaners From Venus met in the small town of Wivenhoe, southeast England began work on ‘In the Golden Autumn’ in the warm early spring of 1983. One of Newell’s chief problems at this time, apart from constant money shortages, was finding musical collaborators who shared his own skewed pop vision. The absolute opposite of a musical perfectionist, the founder Cleaner believed that great pop was to be had by doing things quickly, in slapdash fashion and by ‘fumbling around in the dark in search of happy accidents.’"Shipping Notes

Rinses beautifully without drying or residue.

The people who post videos of the refill soap being "pure water" apparently don't realize the soap also needs the FOAMING soap dispenser in order to turn this soap into foaming soap. God Bless America!
Yes, these items almost always leak when shipped, but usually not enough to return the item.
The best scents are Lemon, Desert Rose, Peppermint, and Rosewater.
I have been using these lightly scented foaming soaps for almost two decades.
They clean and rinse beautifully with no residue. Perfect for my OCD.
They never dry my hands out in the winter, regardless of how many times I wash.
The refill bottles are usually an excellent value when on sale. Highly recommended!
This foaming soap specifically needs a foaming soap dispenser. It specifically says that on the back of the package. For those complaining it’s a liquid and stays liquid, perhaps you’re using just a regular pump container.

Great for sensitive skin
Scent: Rosewater (2 Pack)
There is a lot of hand washing in our house and one kid was getting chapped hands from every soap. On a mission to discover the perfect soap, this one came out on top. It’s lightweight and easy to rinse off, moisturizing without leaving a greasy feeling, smells nice, and a little goes a long ways. It works great in every foam dispenser we have tried. Skin is healed and clean.

Great for sensitive skin, cleans well.
Scent: Unscented, Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 2)
Only soap I can use at the moment. I have extremely sensitive skin: I cannot do really any coconut derivatives or even palm oils but this soap does not bother me at all. I feel clean with no heavy scents afterwards (I use the unscented version) which is a win in my book. I don’t use it on my face or hair just as a body soap and it doesn’t make my skin feel prickly or give me any unexpected rashes/reactions. It is a little drying for eczema prone skin so I just use more lotion when necessary. You get two very large bars that last well for the price it seems reasonable, but honestly I’d pay anything to not itch at this point.
