• For a wide range of applications in food & beverage processing industries.
CIP SYSTEMS:
Initially pre rinse pipeline with clean water & run to waste. Make up a hot solution (75-90°C) at a dilution of 0.8-1%, depending on soiling levels.Circulate through pipe systems & bulk tanks as required, for upto 15 minutes. Run the solution to waste — or if a recovery system is installed, run the first 100 litres to waste before filling recovery tank. Rinse the system with clean cold water & allow to drain
MANUAL/SOAK CLEANING:
For soak cleaning, first remove as much gross soiling as possible by hand. Make up hot solution (50°C) of CIP Liquid between 1-5% as applicable.
NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON ALUMINIUM OR OTHER SOFT METALS.
