How It's Made

• We disperse Carbon 60 molecules into organic oil under inert gas protection to the saturation rate of 4.4 mg of C60 per 1.0 ml
• We allow it to settle and filter any aggregates or impurities
• We pack the product in airless pumps that protect it from light and oxidation
• The pump delivers 1 mg per dose. We recommend taking 1 mg per day per 30 lbs of body weight every day.

We use C60 packed in argon. We open C60 bottles in an inert atmosphere (Nitrogen Blanket) within a glove box then we perform total dispersion within the Nitrogen atmosphere. The filling machine is loaded with unadulterated unoxidized solution and product is injected into airless pump bottles that prolong shelf life and keep product pristine until it is pumped into your mouth.

Other manufacturers use a magnetic stirrer that creates a vortex that inducts air into the oil (not good) causing the C60 particles to scavenge oxygen radicals making it less effective. To prevent it, the dispersion needs to be done in an inert atmosphere. C60 is not soluble in lipids, only aromatic organic compounds such as dichlorobenzene, THF, etc.. We could never achieve total dispersion of the individual molecules with a magnetic stirrer and came up with a very effective alternative. Articles and scientific papers that are referring to C60 dissolved in oil are wrong, it is dispersed.

We do not use magnetic stirrer: Oxidation of oil and C60 occurs when the vortex generated by magnetic stirrer inducts air into the solution, 2 weeks of stirring produces considerable oxidation, and drawing in atmospheric contaminants.

There are two main ways to make raw C60.

1. Rods of elemental carbon are vaporized by electric arc in a Helium atmosphere. This method imitates the way C60 is made in the atmospheres of giant red stars, as their mass is being blown out into space.
2. Hydrocarbon wax is burned in low oxygen.. This method imitates the process by which the blacked wick at the end of a candle ends up containing around 0.25% C60.

Experimental Therapy

Fullerene (C60), a third carbon allotrope, is a classical engineered material with the potential application in biomedicine. One of the biologically most relevant features of C60 is the ability to quench various free radicals, behaving as a "free radical sponge". Conversely, photosensitization of C60 leads to its transition to a long-lived triplet excited state and the subsequent energy or electron transfer to molecular oxygen, yielding highly reactive singlet oxygen (1O2) or superoxide anion (O2-), respectively.

These reactive oxygen species (ROS) react with a wide range of biological targets and are known to be involved in both cellular signaling and cell damage. Therefore, the dual property of fullerenes to either quench or generate cell-damaging ROS could be potentially exploited for their development as cytoprotective or cytotoxic anticancer/antimicrobial agents. However, the attempts to that effect have been hampered by the extremely low water solubility of C60, and by the fact that solubilization procedures profoundly influence the ROS-generating/quenching properties of C60, either through chemical modification or through formation of complex nanoscale particles with different photophysical properties...

Oxidative stress plays a major role in acne formation, suggesting that oxygen radical scavengers are potential therapeutic agents. Fullerene is a spherical carbon molecule with strong radical sponge activity; therefore, the effectiveness of fullerene gel in treating acne vulgaris was studied. Investigators performed an open trial using a fullerene gel twice a day; at 4 and 8 weeks, the mean number of inflammatory lesions (erythematous papules and pustules) significantly (P < 0.05) decreased from 16.09 +/- 9.08 to 12.36 +/- 7.03 (reduction rate 23.2%) and 10.0 +/- 5.62 (reduction rate 37.8%), respectively. The number of pustules, consisting of accumulation of neutrophils, was significantly (P < 0.05) decreased from 1.45 +/- 1.13 to 0.18 +/- 0.60 (reduction rate 87.6%), and further in vitro assays of sebum production in hamster sebocytes revealed that 75 uM polyvinylpyrrolidone fullerene inhibits sebum production, suggesting that fullerene suppresses acne through decreasing neutrophil infiltration and sebum production. After treatment for 8 weeks, the water content of the skin significantly (P < 0.05) increased from 51.7 +/- 7.9 to 60.4 +/- 10.3 instrumental units. Researchers at the University of Paris fed the molecule C60 dissolved in olive oil to rats and found it almost doubles their lifespan with no chronic toxicity. “These results of importance in the fields of medicine and toxicology should open the way for the many possible biomedical applications of C60 including cancer therapy, neurodegenerative disorders, and aging,” the researchers suggest.

An approximately 13.5 years old dog was diagnosed with cancer in April 2017 after a baseball sized tumor was removed from the dog's back leg. The cancer was diagnosed as Hemangiopericytoma Grade 3. Due to the dog's age and difficulty during and recovering from the tumor removal the vet did not believe that any of the standard treatment protocols would be effective in prolonging the subject's life. By November 2017 the subject's tumors had increased in size and the subject was having difficulty moving around and was generally lethargic and seemingly uncomfortable. In December 2017 the subject began a treatment protocol including the "C60" composition described herein. Within a few weeks the subject displayed increased energy and stamina and as was still alive as of the end of January 2018 well beyond the expected lifespan based upon the original diagnosis.

An approximately 10-year-old dog was found to have a tumor between the subject's shoulder blades behind the subject's neck. A biopsy was not performed at the request of the owner due to the fact that the owner did not want to put the subject through the trauma of surgery or chemotherapy. It should be noted that a littermate of the subject died of cancer in March 2016. By the spring of 2017 the subject's tumor was approximately 20 cm. times.18 cm that was visible above the natural line of his back. The subject experience coughing, this was surmised to be due to the tumor pressing down on the subject's lungs. In April 2017 the subject began a treatment protocol including the "C60" composition described herein in addition to a round of anti metastatic. By the end of January, the coughing had stopped and the tumor was no longer obviously visible without touching the subject to feel the tumor (the owner estimated that the tumor had been reduced by 2/3 the tumors original size).

A border collie mix dog was diagnosed with cancer on Jan. 11, 2018, at Oklahoma State University (OSU) Veterinary School. The subject was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was prescribed with chemo but this was only supposed to make the subject's final days more comfortable and nothing else. Within days the subject began a treatment protocol including the "C60" composition described herein in addition to an immediate diet change to a ketogenic diet as well as stopping the administration of previously prescribed pain medication. Within 24 hours of the first dosage the subject regained previously lost appetite and within a few days the subject displayed increased energy and stamina and started regaining lost weight. The subject is currently behaving normally and showing no outward signs of sickness.

Directions for Use

Extremely Simple Application:
Pump directly into mouth, onto food or into a spoon where your pet will lick it off.

Give to your pet earlier in the day, as it may be energizing.

Initial Dose:
Take 1mg/day for every 30 pounds of body weight. If your pet is larger than 30 pounds, give one pump 2x/day.
