Signs your MacBook Air 13" A1932 battery may need replacing
The Intel Core i5 processors in the A1932 handle the Retina display and True Tone processing. In use, the Retina panel is noticeably brighter than the older Air screens, and that brightness costs battery capacity. Users who run at high brightness regularly tend to see faster degradation.

The model number is also printed on the underside of the machine near the hinge. If you are unsure, bring the MacBook in and we will confirm the model before starting any work.
The A1932 charges through either of its two USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports. There is no MagSafe on this model. If one port charges and the other does not, that port may need separate attention.

- If there has been liquid exposure, a battery replacement may not resolve all issues. We confirm our findings before proceeding
- If the screen is lifting slightly from the chassis, book as soon as possible. This can indicate a swollen battery that needs urgent attention
- If the machine is completely dead, we carry out a diagnosis before confirming the repair
