DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 rounded scoop [~30g]  with 180 ml chilled water, fruit juice or skim milk in shaker or simply mix with a spoon in a glass. 

Serving size may be adjusted to suit your requirements.

For a delicious low-carb smoothie, blend 100 ml water or milk and 1 rounded scoop WHEY-TECH™ with 3-5 ice cubes in an electric blender for 1 minute. For variation add fruit, yogurt, oats or peanut butter depending on your nutritional requirements.
