Vata Essential Oil Blend – to calm and relax
The Vata oil blend is aimed at balancing Vata dosha, which consists of air and ether.
The warming oils of Cardamom and Clove help pacify vata’s cold qualities, whilst the sweet floral aromas of Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, and Rose nurture a calming and balancing effect. The addition of Patchouli is also grounding for vata.
Pitta Essential Oil Blend – to cool and calm
The Pitta oil blend is designed to calm the fiery aspects of Pitta dosha.
The cooling benefits of Lavender combined with floral fragrances of Lavender and Ylang Ylang Flower Oil are perfect for soothing Pitta. Indian Frankincense calms the Pitta mind and provides clarity. Cedarwood is an excellent anti-inflammatory for skin conditions such as eczema.
Kapha Essential Oil Blend – to energise and motivate
The Kapha oil blend is designed to stimulate Kapha dosha, which consists of earth and water.
The energising and warming effects of Cinnamon, Clove and Black Pepper are ideal for energising and fennel helps in detoxification.
