本人考獲兩項優異級佳績—Rockschool八級結他證書，以及ABRSM八級鋼琴； 擅長純樂器搖滾與重金屬音樂，並奪得港澳青年樂隊大賽2017-最佳結他手；活躍音樂教育，積極參大型演唱會及婚禮演出，亦對音樂製作甚有心得。現任樂隊Dionysus及This Means War結他手，並任後期製作顧問。 本人主要教授流行電結他，以打好基本功為首要目標，再根據每個學生的喜好及進度教授不同音樂類型進階技巧。
內容涵蓋不同技巧，由基本入深，務求令各位學生全方位掌握彈奏不同風格樂曲的竅門。

Introduction of tutor:
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Adrian has had a strong interest in music since the age of 7. He picked up piano as his first instrument and attained Grade 8 from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) with distinction. He also attained Grade 5 in music theory from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).
Adrian discovered guitar when studying in high school and quickly picked it up as his second instrument with the strong influence of Japanese rock music. He then immersed himself into technical guitar playing with his main guitar influence, Hideto Matsumoto from X Japan. With 10 years of guitar playing, he specialises in a wide range of music genres from metal, rock, blues, pop, funk and acoustic. He then attained Grade 8 Electric Guitar from Rockschool with distinction.
He formed different bands over the years and focused mainly as a guitarist and composer. He was awarded Hong Kong and Macau Youth Band Competition 2017- Best Guitarist. He is also an experienced performer taking up various concert and wedding sessions. He is the guitarist of Dionysus (Original band) and This Means War (ACG band), serving as a creative source of guitar arrangement and post-production processes.

Amazing Cooling Pillowcases – So Comfortable!

Great cooling effect!

I love these pillow cases! They are the best cooling pillowcases I have found. They do still eventually absorb the body heat and need to be flipped over but so far, the cooling effect of these cases outlasts the rest. I have had them for 5 years now and will not use any other cases. They are smooth like silk so I think they are good for my hair as well. The color is pretty close to what is shown in the picture and they fit most standard pillows.

Excellent pillow case

I bought this Luxear from pillowcase a few days ago and I’m very happy with it.
The standard size fits my pillows perfectly, and the gray color looks modern and goes well with my bedding .
I love it because It has two sides: one with cooling fabric that really feels fresh to the touch (perfect for hot nights), and the other side made of soft cotton, which feels cozy and comfortable.
After just a few days of use, I already notice the difference.
I sleep much more comfortably and no longer wake up feeling too warm.
The material feels high quality and durable. It doesn't have any strange smell which I love from the first moment
Definitely a great purchase!
