This first release Sauvignon Blanc incorporates some extra bold flavours that are bound to set your taste buds alight. Vibrant and fresh with ripe passionfruit aromatics. The palate is brimming with layers of delicious blackcurrant, lychee, and ripe mango with a citrus explosion on the finish.
Grown in sunny Marlborough, the fruit for this expressive Sauvignon Blanc was monitored vigilantly by Sneaky Bill and the viticultural team all season long. Harvested by machine when the grapes had reached their optimum flavour profile. The fruit was pressed immediately off its skins and fermented in cool stainless-steel vessels, renowned for retaining fresh fruit characters in the wine. The final blend was swiftly prepared for bottling by the winemaking team to deliver the freshest Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc straight to your door.
