What’s the difference between Natural and Navy?
Natural is the unbleached, undyed organic cotton — a warm off-white with small natural black flecks in the weave, which is typical of unprocessed organic cotton. Navy is dyed a deep navy blue. The dog print appears on both. Natural gives a more relaxed, artisan feel; Navy gives stronger contrast and makes the print stand out more vividly.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water and air dry flat. Avoid machine washing — warm cycles in particular can cause the cotton to shrink and may affect the print. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print.
Is it big enough for a weekly shop?
At 32 × 37 × 16cm it holds a solid top-up shop comfortably. For a very large weekly shop you may want two bags, but for a daily shop, a market run, or a beach day it’s more than sufficient. The gusseted base keeps it open and upright while you load it, which makes packing much easier than a flat tote.
Will the print fade over time?
With proper care the print holds up well. The main causes of fading on canvas bags are machine washing on warm cycles and prolonged direct sunlight when stored. Stick to cool hand washing, air drying, and storing out of direct sun and the print will stay sharp through years of regular use.
