Diversity of clone allowed us to make a complex and complete wine with vibrant, pure fruit character and depth of flavour. Grapes were cold soaked, fermented in small parcels and aged for 7 months in French oak barriques.
Food Pairing: Great as an aperitif or with savoury tomato or mushroom based dishes, salmon, red meat or pasta.
