This Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs is made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. The harvest takes place mid-August, exclusively manually, after which the grapes are transported in crates and then pressed gently. Primary fermentation 80% in stainless steel barrels and 20% in small oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in the bottle (classical method), followed by a maturation of 24 months.

This delicious bubble has a beautiful straw yellow color with green highlights and has beautiful rich aromas of exotic fruit and citrus fruits. Abundant mousse with a refined and persistent perlage. The taste is rich, soft and balanced with a strong freshness. Advice: drink this wine cool (preferably between 4 and 6 degrees).

This Blanc de Blancs is excellent as an aperitif and also tastes great with various fish species (oysters, caviar, raw fish) and white meat. Made with the same grapes as a champagne and also the same production process is used here.
