Suggestions
Fade out is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery formula. Assess tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop 30 minutes before bed. Once tolerance is assessed mix 1 scoop with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bed.
