Doraemon is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by the manga writing team Fujiko F Fujio, and has also been adapted into an successful anime series and media franchise. The story revolves around a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a boy named Nobi. Today, Doraemon has grown to become one of the most recognizable and marketable comic characters in Asia and around the world and one of Japans cultural icons. Awards for Doraemon include the Japan Cartoonists Association Award for excellence in 1973, the first Shogakukan Manga Award for childrens manga in 1982, and the first Osamu Tezuka Culture Award in 1997. On 22 April 2002, on the special issue of Asian Hero in TIME Magazine, Doraemon was selected as one of the 22 Asian Heroes, the only comic (manga/anime) character to ever receive this honor. In 2008, Japans Foreign Ministry appointed Doraemon as the nations first anime ambassador. Doreamon celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2014.

Great for layering or wearing on its own!
I’m 5’6” and ordered the small — it fits perfectly! The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, a beautiful beige that goes with everything. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, making it great for layering or wearing on its own. I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Nice but not great
Fits true to size. I ordered a small and it was a great fit. Could be a bit softer. Loved the style. Not too thin or not heavy, nice weight. This quality of the sweater was nice, however the buttons broke apart as I was styling the cardigan. Not happy to have to sew on small buttons to fit the small holes. It’s nice but I had to put too much effort into wearing it.
