Dosage: Adults take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. For best results, use nightly for at least 2 weeks. Store at no greater than 30C.

Caution: Keep carton for complete information. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor for use beyond 4 weeks or if sleeplessness persists for more than four weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Stop use if: hypersensitivity or allergy occurs or, you experience headache, confusion or nausea. Consult a doctor prior to use if you: are taking other products containing alpha-lipoic acid. Are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners. Have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Keep out of reach of children.
