What makes this lot special is how much intention went into the processing. A double fermentation natural, built around a specific yeast culture, designed to coax everything this variety is capable of into the cup.
The result speaks for itself. Marzipan sweetness anchors the cup, with bergamot flowers lifting through the mid-palate and ripe papaya trailing as a long, tropical finish. Rich, layered, and genuinely rare.
