*Very sorry to say that Disana's Nappy Pants prices have gone up as of April 2026 due to the retirement of their longstanding and wonderful machinist Uschi.

*Rose will slowly be replaced by soft pink. You may receive one or the other depending on availability, they are very similar!

Disana nappy covers are knitted from pure 100% certified organic merino wool and are naturally breathable which is great for baby's bottom and also for preventing nappy rash. They are ideal for overnight use, they are comfortable and don't leave red marks around the legs and waist as many  other covers do.

Made of two layers of fine organic merino wool, these woollen overpants work from birth to potty for day or night use. Their high knitted waistband not only stops leaks, it keeps baby’s tummy lovely and warm, helping to soothe wind and colic.

How do they work? The woollen cover absorb excess urine, which binds with the lanolin and is neutralised, so if the cover feels damp, simply leave it to dry out in the fresh air. Thanks to the natural self-cleaning function of wool fibres, the pants are left hygienically clean.

11 great reasons to use Disana Wool Nappy Covers:

  1. Merino wool is breathable, keeping baby's bum aired and non sweaty
  2. They help regulate body temperature keeping baby warm when it's cool and cool when it's hot
  3. Wicks moisture away from the skin keeping baby feeling comfortable
  4. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its weight meaning leaks are contained
  5. Wool doesn't hold odours, a simple airing is enough to make the cover smell as good as new
  6. Wool is a sustainable natural fibre that needs little washing, reducing the impact on the environment
  7. Wool is naturally antibacterial which helps prevent nappy rash
  8. Disana nappy covers have two layers of finely knitted merino wool which increases the surface area of the wool fibres and makes them very effective against leaks
  9. Organic Merino wool is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skins. Organic wool doesn't contain any chemicals used to extract the lanolin from wool which lead some people to believe they are allergic to wool.
  10. Disana's wool covers are very elastic so they do not restrict baby's movements but still contain leaks
  11. Lastly they come in some great colours and look absolutely adorable on!

Care: Gentle Handwash only - lukewarm water with wool shampoo. Consult our Wool Washing Guide. As with all of Disana's merino wool clothing hand washing is highly recommended, but with wool you don't need to wash it so often. For easy handwashing try one of our no-rinse eco wool shampoos for delicates.

Cleaning and lanolising: The covers contain natural lanolin which increases their effectiveness. If all the lanolin in the woollen cover is used up (usually after a month) or if the pants have been washed, lanolin can be added back. The simplest way to do so is with the disana organic lanolin treatment, which replenishes the lanolin content. I find it is necessary to wash and lanolise about once a month.

No need to wash after each use, just air between uses and alternate with a second cover. If the cover gets soiled then it will need a wash. They can be used effectively straight away and they will only get better with time as the fibres fluff up and felt a little with use.

*Tip: for heavy wetters or overnight use, add an additional booster pad made up of a folded muslin nappy square or use a large brushed cotton liner.

"The Disana wool cover is just lovely - I have tried 4 other brands and the only one that compares quality wise is much more expensive. Great value for money, so soft and comfortable for my daughter to wear! Lovely coverage over her big night nappy too which is what I was looking for." Joanna

"...we are having longer sleeps than ever with my heavy wetter!"

    Affordably priced
I recently inherited an espresso machine and definitely needed a milk frother cup. This one was inexpensive and very nicely made. It is heavy duty and looks beautiful on my coffee bar. Works very well with my espresso cappuccino maker.

    Perfect Size For Home Frothing
I put this to use right away when it came! Cold and windy day called for hot chocolate and steamed milk. I love the measurements and it is easy to clean. I’m going to try my hand at some designs with the included nice double-ended spoon at some point! 12 ounces is big enough for a latte or cappuccino. It is also small enough that I keep it on my espresso machine when I’m not using it! I find that when you’re steaming that the milk sprays out a bit, but admittedly that could just be me lack of steaming skills! 😉

8oz Size Perfect for Small Amounts of Milk
    Size: 6.8oz/200ml Silver
This is a quality pitcher with a nice weight to it. I only use 80ml of milk in my cappuccinos and had trouble getting a good microfoam when using a larger pitcher. This little 8oz pitcher is the perfect size and makes it easier to achieve microfoam. The only potential issue I see is the pitcher may overflow if using more than 80ml although this may be due to my technique.
