Q&A
- Q: How to power on and use? A: Press the remote to power on (wait 2 seconds), press again to play the first sound effect immediately. Blue LED stays on during playback, turns off when finished.
- Q: How to switch folders? A: Press "T" to switch between 6 folders (1-6). The blue LED flashes corresponding times to indicate current folder number.
- Q: How to adjust volume? A: Press "V" to cycle through 3 volume levels. Red LED flashes 1/2/3 times for low/medium/high volume respectively.
- Q: How to set delayed playback? A: Long press "V" for 2 seconds to enter delay mode. Each press adds 1 second (up to 60 seconds). After 5 seconds, orange LED flashes 3 times to confirm saving. Long press for 5 seconds to clear settings.
- Q: How does power-off memory work? A: SoundWave Pro retains your last volume level and delay time settings even after power-off.
- Q: How to charge? A: Power off first, then charge via Type-C cable. Red LED = charging, green LED = fully charged.
- Q: How to add custom sound effects? A: Connect to computer via USB, then simply drag and drop audio files into corresponding folders.

Opens the can weird, but functional

Ehhh it’s easy to use and gets it open, my only issue is that it doesn’t open a can like a regular can opener where it is cut on top of the can and you can push it in the can to drain if needed. Rather it cuts the outside of the can as it spins around, so it doesn’t fit inside the can. Not very handy when you’re opening a can of tuna and want to drain the tuna juice, so I had to keep my manual one, that I was trying to get rid of by buying this electric one 🙃

Works Great!

I've only used it a few times since it arrived and it works great. Much better than the hand cranking can opener I've been using. It's a little loud, but that's not enough of a deterrent for me to stop using it. The noise is a temporary annoyance that I'll gladly put up with to have a can opener that actually completely opens a can.

Injured finger from use

Just used the product for the first time today. Beware, it does work but it cut my daughter’s finger open really bad because it made the edge of the can stringy and she cut her finger on it. Be careful.
