It is specifically manufactured to fit onto the factory threaded Blaser’s, Bergara’s, Lithgow’s, Tikka’s, Sako’s, Sauer’s & other rifles with M17 & M18 x 1 muzzle threads with a maximum thread shoulder of 22.45mm, 0.884”
TU with nut is 26mm, 1.02” diameter, 74 mm, 2.91” long, 110 grams, 3.88 oz.
It is available in bead blasted Stainless Steel & coated black
Easy DIY fit, no Gunsmithing required, using the locking nut to index it to the barrel.
Ports are 90 degrees to the ground to minimize debris disturbance
The ports are angled back away from the shooter to minimize shooter discomfort and maximize performance.
The standard through hole is for .308 & requires opening up to 0.025-0.030″ over caliber size if fitted to larger calibers.
.A handy tip is to carefully cut up an alloy drink can then put a strip of alloy between the spanner & the brake flats to help protect its finish, lube muzzle threads before installation
If you would like to use some Loctite or similar please put it on the brake only, not the nut.
