• This product ships in two boxes by FedEx Ground
• Box #1 - White side of the chess set - 30" x 26" x 21" - 36 lbs
• Box #2 - Black side of the chess set - 30 x 26" x 21" - 33 lbs
• Please note the date of your event in the order. We will arrange for delivery two days prior to event.
• When the event is completed, you are responsible to box up the set in the same boxes and condition as it arrived. You are responsible for taking the chess set to the nearest FedEx Office location for shipping.
• You can not adapt the chess set during the retail period. Do not add sand or water to the bases.
• The two-week rental is the total time the set is out of our warehouse. Allow up to six days of total shipping time (three in each direction). When planning the duration of your rental, please include the actual number of shipping days in your two-week rental period.
