A delicious elegant Rosé with aromas of freshly baked pastries filled with peaches and nectarines. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of red cherry, ripe apricots and a hint of spice on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish.

The fruit was machine harvested during a cool night at peak maturity. The grapes were carefully pressed and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh and fruity characteristics.

This wine is best enjoyed al fresco with close friends. Perfect for drinking immediately this Rose will continue to deliver over the next 5 years.
