Dusky Sounds Waipara Riesling NVA bright fruit palate of citrus and green apple with a crisp lingering finish. Fresh cut apple, melon, lime & spring flowers. Once harvested, the grapes were transported to the winery, gently pressed, then settled in tank. The warm fermentation was started with selected yeast strains.
