The grinding rollers can be changed without tools in just seconds, saving time and money! The grinding belt can also be changed easily from one side of the machine. Once the sections and pipes have been ground, they can be deburred using the handy deburring table on top of the machine.
Scotchman machines with lever operation are suitable for left and right-handed operators. The pipe grinder/notchers offer toruble-free, accurate, quick and efficient machining of tubes and pipes for many years; and are backed by a 3-year warranty.

AL100U-01 - 4" Grinder/Notcher supplied with a Carriage System
AL100U-02 - 4" Grinder/Notcher supplied with Two Handwheels and a Carriage System (convertible)
AL150 - 6" Grinder/Notcher supplied with Two Handwheels and Carriagle System (convertible) and a storage locker in the column for storing your grinding rollers and instruction manual. On top of the machine is an extra holder for the hexagonal key.

The AL100U-02 produces gap-free gis ready for welding, with minimal vibrations. It is equipped with two handwheels, a hand lever feed handle, and an easily acessible top-mounted deburring table.
