Belwith Products (Hickory Hardware) will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. RGA (Return Goods Authorization) required prior to return and RGA number must be written on returned box. Returned goods must be in new, unopened, original, resaleable condition. Non-defective returns subject to 25% restocking fee, minimum $10. Customer responsible for return shipping.
