Description

Plume by Lake Chalice Marlborough Pinot Noir 2019"Gorgeously complex and enticing, the bouquet shows dark cherry, sweet plum, dried herb, game and toasted almond notes. The palate displays excellent weight and finely flowing mouthfeel, wonderfully supported by refined texture and layers of polished tannins. It's multi layered and brilliantly structured with a persistent, captivating finish. At its best: now to 2031" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jul 2024 "Moderately deep crimson with a slightly garnet

"Moderately deep crimson with a slightly garnet shadow, lighter on the rim. The nose is calm and gentle with power and concentration, unfolding aromas of dried Bing cherry, cranberry and raspberry interweaving a hint of herb, game, mushroom, earth and spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of dried Bing cherry, cranberry and raspberry melded with earthy dried shiitake, dried thyme, cinnamon quill, liquorice and a hint of game. The layered flavours show concentration and depth, unfolding savoury development of mushroom, earth and game nuances. Lacy acidity carries the lightly firm, finely woven tannins to a harmonious, lasting finish. Release with bottle age" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Jul 2024

"An enticing, varietal and fruity bouquet with aromas and flavours of red fleshed plums and dark cherry, layers of stones and earth then wood spices of clove and vanilla. A textured youthful wine that needs tome to open out in glass to reveal all its flavours and textures. Moderate tannins with a gentle grip, plenty of acidity and core fruit flavours of red berries, plum and morello cherry. Firm and dry, well made and ready to drink from 2025 through 2031+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Mar 2024

This wine has a slight spice with attractive aromas of dried berries ,tobacco and a hint of toasty oak. The palate is rich and full bodied with concentrated flavours of dried fruits, red currant and dark chocolate. The structure is silty but delicate with a lovely red liquorice note and warm spices on the finish. Ageing potential – 10 years and beyond.

Taken off the stunning Eyrie block vineyard, situated on a river terrace in the southern valleys of Marlborough. 2019 was a hot and dry season, with small amounts of rain early summer before a season of unwavering heat. Cool nights and hot days in the Waihopai valley ensured perfect ripening conditions for our Plume Pinot Noir grapes, with small concentrated bunches that were driven with quality and flavour. Fruit for the 2019 Plume was taken from a single clone 114.

This wine received no fining and no filtration so it may have a natural sediment from its time aging in bottle. We didn’t think that Plume needed to have intervention of these winemaking practices because the quality of the fruit was so good, and we didn’t want to take away from any of that. During fermentation, we added 19% whole clusters to create the perfect balance of aromatics and tannin in each sip.

Works
Size: 8.5"x11"
Works great for sublimation. Get plenty of sheets. Great value for the price. The paper is pretty thick and seems to hold a good amount of ink without smearing.

My go-to sublimation paper for crafting
Size: 8.5"x11"
I've used several sublimation papers, and this one has worked really well for my crafting projects. The colors transfer bright and vibrant, and the images come out crisp with good detail when using the proper sublimation printer and ink. The paper feeds smoothly through my printer and feels like a good quality weight—not too thin and not overly thick. I've used it for tumblers, keychains, and other sublimation projects, and I've been happy with the results. I also appreciate getting 110 sheets in one pack because it lasts a while, especially when working on multiple projects at once. Overall, this is a reliable sublimation paper that gives consistent results and is great for crafters or small business owners.

Excellent Quality
Size: 11"x17", Size: 11"x17"
This paper is the only paper I have ever tried with my sublimation printer. I get the most vibrant colors with every transfer. I have not experienced any fading even after washing multiple times. I have purchased this paper in letter size, 11x17, as well as 13x19 for use on welcome doormats. I have not been disappointed with any. The paper feeds through my printer without issue whether I load a single sheet, or multiples. So far, I've used it to sublimate on dishtowels, garden flags, welcome mats, t shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs. I am always happy with the finished product. I highly recommend this sublimation paper, and it can usually be found at a great price. I advise you to stock up when you see a sale
