Instructions
Directions for Use
Shake well. Take 1 ounce/day.
Follow dosage with plenty of good water, preferably Energized Water.
If you have existing health challenges or sensitive digestive system, start with a smaller dose (after food) and build up slowly to full dose, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Maintenance Protocol:
Take 1 ounce/per day, six days per week.
Performance Protocol:
Take 1 ounce in the morning, then take 1 more ounce at dinner time.
Enhanced Detox and Strengthening Protocol:
Following these directions, you will not acclimate to a single standard dose, allowing maximum response, absorption, bioavailability and utilization.
- Mondays and Thursdays: 1/2 ounce 2x/day
- Tuesdays and Fridays: 3/4 ounce 2x/day
- Wednesdays and Saturdays: 1 ounce 2x/day
- Sundays: Take none.
