This service re-flashes your stock OEM ECU/CDI with a custom calibration developed specifically for Barker’s Exhaust systems on the 2023–2026 Yamaha Raptor 700R.

From the factory, these newer Raptor 700R models are extremely sensitive to fuel and airflow changes. When a performance exhaust is installed, the stock ECU often triggers a check engine light. Our ECU flash corrects this behavior while optimizing fuel delivery to match your Barker’s Exhaust system or Big 3 packages.

Each ECU is professionally re-programmed with a proven fuel map that improves throttle response, smooths power delivery, and ensures reliable operation—without warning lights or drivability issues.

What This ECU Flash Does:

  • Installs a custom fuel map designed for Barker’s Exhaust systems or Big 3's

  • Corrects check engine light sensitivity caused by aftermarket fuel mapping

  • Optimizes fuel delivery for improved throttle response and rideability

  • Retains OEM reliability while unlocking the full potential of your exhaust

Important Notes:

  • Fits 2023–2026 Yamaha Raptor 700R models only

  • Older Raptor 700 models do not experience this ECU sensitivity issue and do not require this service

  • This is a service only—your ECU/CDI must be sent in for re-flashing. Also, you will be responsible for shipping cost both ways.
