Mostly it's used for weighing out your beans before brewing. You pop them on the tray, dial in your dose on the scale, then the shape makes it easy to give a gentle shake to distribute the beans evenly after RDT, or to toss the grounds after grinding. When it's time to transfer, the smooth ceramic finish means both beans and grounds slip out of the spout cleanly — no sticking, no tapping, no mess.

Each set comes with one large and small dosing trays. The small is great for pre-dosing espresso or smaller pour over doses, while the bigger is best for larger doses up to 75grams.
